Print of an original painting, " Daybreak", by Ruth Reed.
This original piece celebrates how even the longest, darkest nights must eventually come to an end. I painted it in the midst of starting a new chapter, in a hard year.
Canadian geese mark seasonal change and the turning of the tides. The sun and moon symbolize the passage of time- the moon slowly fading into the background as the sun grows larger and brighter.
Geese also represent vigilance. I hope this painting reminds anyone who needs it that they can overcome even the hardest nights, and see daybreak again.

How is the item shipped?
Small prints (8x10): shipped flat
Larger prints: rolled and shipped in a protective tube
Canvases: shipped flat
What does shipping cost?
For original paintings:
US orders: $45
International: $100
What's your return policy?
Prints can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. On the rare chance your print arrives damaged (despite our careful packaging!), please send a photo of the issue and I'll send a reprint or refund.
Originals cannot be returned, but please contact me if you have any issue with your order.
