I just placed an order, when will it ship?

Please allow 2–5 hours of production time before your order ships. Average shipping time is 2–5 business days, excluding holidays. Tracking numbers are updated 3–5 business days after your order ships. If you don't have a tracking number after 5 business days, please email us at folkartandfolklore@gmail.com.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by location, but on average, orders arrive within 3–7 business days.

I'm not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there's an issue?

For print orders, please contact me at folkartandfolklore@gmail.com. Please don't reach out via TikTok or Instagram — I take frequent social media breaks and may not see your message there.

Prints can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. On the rare chance your print arrives damaged (despite our careful packaging!), please send a photo of the issue and I'll send a reprint or refund.

Originals cannot be returned, but please contact me if you have any issue with your order.

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. If we receive your request quickly enough, we may be able to cancel before printing begins. Once an order has been printed, we're unable to accommodate cancellations.

I entered an incorrect address, what do I do?

If you've misspelled or auto-filled an incorrect address, reply to your order confirmation email with the correct details. Please double-check the address and notify us immediately at folkartandfolklore@gmail.com if it's wrong. We can update your address within 12 hours of your order being placed. After 12 hours, we're unable to issue refunds for incorrect address submissions.

What is packaging like?

  • Small prints (8x10) are shipped flat.
  • Larger prints are rolled and shipped in a protective tube.
  • Originals are wrapped in generous bubble wrap and protective packaging, and shipped insured.

Shipping costs?

  • Shipping is free on all prints, worldwide.
  • Shipping originals within the US is free.
  • International shipping on originals is $100 USD.
